Steven L. Hammond
Steven Hammond is a San Francisco attorney. He concentrates his practice on real estate and business matters including land use and zoning disputes, breach of contract, business fraud, construction defect, landlord-tenant, real property disputes, condominium, and tenancy-in-common law.

In addition, he offers transactional expertise in the following areas: land use, lease negotiation and drafting, business formation and transactions, real property purchase agreements, tenancy-in-common agreements, and homeowner association law.

Prior to opening his own practice, Hammond Law, Mr. Hammond was an attorney with Sideman & Bancroft LLP in San Francisco.

Mr. Hammond is a member of the California Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the San Francisco Lawyer's Club and its Inn of Court. He earned a B.A. from Kalamazoo College, Michigan in 1992 and his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Northwestern School of Law, Oregon (Cum Laude) in 2001. He presently serves as a board member to Sunset Youth Services, a San Francisco non-profit dedicated to positive transformation in the lives of high-risk youth.

Tim Teichgraeber, of counsel

Steven L. HammondTim Teichgraeber is a veteran entertainment industry and intellectual property attorney who serves a diverse roster of clients, from recording artists and record labels to film producers, graphic designers, fontographers and other entrepreneurs. His areas of expertise include contract negotiation, intellectual property licensing, entertainment law and copyright and trademark litigation.

His clients have included Dillinger Four, Lifter Puller, Von Iva, The Soviettes, Watch Them Die, Totimoshi, Har Mar Superstar, The Chank Company, Spunk Design Machine, Metrowize, Lookout! Records, Doomtree Records, Hopeless Records and Stand Up! Records.

Tim is a graduate of Macalester College (BA, 1990) and the University of Minnesota Law School (JD, 1995). He is also a widely-published freelance wine writer whose work has appeared in major newspapers, magazines and encyclopedia.
